How much product is in stock?
We have ample quantity of our inventory. Place your order in confidence that it will ship promptly.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 8 business hours. If there is a delay we will contact you immediately. Delays include weekends, weather, or not in stock.
Backorders
If your selection is backordered, you will be notified with an expected arrival date. Vinyl backorders average 1-3 business days. Crypton backorders average 3-7 business days.
Two-Piecing
Standard Industry rules apply. When necessary to 2-piece, we will give an allowance of ¼ yard additional to your requested yardage. We will not send unmatching pieces. The smallest piece will never be less than 1 yard. Vinyl orders of 6 yards or woven fabrics 8 yards or more may be 2 pieced.
Flaws
Standard Industry rules apply. Flaws are unfortunate and are a part of the industry but not 2nd quality. We give 1/8 yard allowance for each flaw.
Specialized Use or Unique Vinyl and Fabrics
Vinyl or Fabric for Restaurants, Marine, Automotive, Outdoor use, Flame Retardant Free and other specific uses are specially noted when you click on the tabs on the home page. We’ve listed these special designations when you see the dropdown options. If it’s not listed, either check your pattern’s specification information or we don’t have product for that application.
Sunbrella® Outdoor Upholstery
JKB Fabrics offers Sunbrella® only for upholstery fabrics. These fabrics are not suited for awnings, sling swings, etc.
Crypton® Fabrics
Our line of Crypton® Fabrics offers great resiliency, durability and huge variety of colors, textures and patterns. Crypton® fabrics resist stains, fungus, bacteria and mildew. Crypton® ’s breathable moisture barrier is integrated into the fabric, ensuring permanent protection. Crypton® is engineered to be extremely easy to clean, allowing spots and spills to be easily removed with soap and water.

How many samples may I order?
Samples are free, limit 5 per order. Based on industry feedback, we feel this is enough of a sampling for your client to assist in making a decision or for a color board.
How do I order samples?
Click Add Sample to Order while viewing the item you wish to receive. Proceed to My Order and finalize your order.
When will my sample order ship?
Orders received before 4pm Eastern time ship the same day.
Leather Minimum
The minimum order for leather is one Full Hide (approx. 50 square feet).
Leather Conversion
A 50 square foot hide is equivalent to approximately three yards of 54” fabric. One yard of fabric is equal to approximately 18 square feet of leather.

Are JKB Fabrics all first quality?
Absolutely, yes! JKB Fabrics has a distinguished history spanning more than 110 years of providing the best quality fabric, vinyl, accessories, and supplies in the industry, period. We don’t stock 2nd quality or offer specials without informing you.
What should I double-check when my order arrives?
We strive to be as thorough as possible, but ask that each business partner give due diligence before using any product we sell. We ask that prior to any product or item being used, to follow the directions written on our cut tags or pick tickets. This includes confirming receipt of the correct item, fabric, color and yardage received. Sorry, we cannot accept returns of items where original packaging has been opened or destroyed. Any fabric or product that has been cut into or a portion of it used, is not eligible for return.
Can I return products for any reason?
Returns must be submitted and approved. Please click here and fill out the form . We require your account name and address, invoice number and detailed line item(s) you are seeking approval for. Please keep in mind, if approved, a restocking fee of up to 30%, plus all shipping and handling fees will be assessed if the return was of no fault of JKB Fabrics. For special offers involving clearance or close out products, all sales are final. JKB Fabrics does not offer any warranty for closeout or clearance items and is not responsible for wear or performance of product. Sorry, we cannot consider product purchased over 90 days, unused yardage or less than ordered quantities, for returns.
Request for Return
Please keep in mind any product in the closeout section or with special pricing marked “Closeout”, are considered “Final” and no return. Otherwise, for standard available products, please utilize the FAQ part of the website for Request for Return authorization. These will be reviewed and follow up sent by email.
Order Status, Tracking
As long as you have a current email in your account profile, you will receive acknowledgements, confirmations, invoices with tracking numbers as your order is processed. Keep these for future needs so you can stay up to date on activity.
Backorders
When this does happen, you will be notified and asked to approve or cancel an item or order. In most all instances, a roll is on its way and received in 1-3 business days. We will await your email response. After 24 hours, we will consider the order active and place an order for stock or ship upon receipt with full payment terms in play. Confirmations will be emailed upon shipment.
Refused Shipments or Late cancellations
Shipments refused without prior approval, whether basic order or backorder, will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, original shipping, and cost of shipping for the return.
