Contact Us: Will you take an order over the phone?

We will most certainly accept orders over the phone. However, please be aware that in order to take advantage of promotional offers and discounts, orders must be placed online.

Leather Guide: What is the minimum order for leather?

The minimum order for leather is one Full Hide (approx. 50 square feet).

Leather Guide: If I know how many yards of fabric I need, how do I convert the amount to leather?

A 50 square foot hide is equivalent to approximately three yards of 54” fabric. One yard of fabric is equal to approximately 17 square feet of leather.

Leather Guide: What else should I know about leather?

Ordering/Shipping: Does JKB Fabrics have a minimum order amount or other criteria?

Based on certain criteria and at our discretion, JKB Fabrics may have to enforce a $40 minimum order policy. Also considered may be charges that are needed for fuel surcharges, insurance and handling fees.
For samples orders, the maximum allowable quantity of samples per order is 5. We would hope and ask that this request be considered in order to help us make these available and mailed for free.

Ordering/Shipping: Are JKB Fabrics all first quality?

Absolutely, yes! JKB Fabrics has a distinguished history spanning more than 110 years of providing the best quality fabric, vinyl, accessories, and supplies in the industry, period. We don’t stock 2nd quality or offer specials without informing you.

Ordering/Shipping: Will my fabric be shipped in one piece?

Most all fabric orders are shipped in one continuous piece. For orders less than a full roll, it is possible that on rare occasion, an order may be shipped in 2 pieces. As per industry standards, if more than 1 piece is required, a 1/4yd allowance is added to your overall needs, free of charge. When the rare exception arises that there is a need to use 3 pieces to complete an order (excluding multiple full roll orders), we will contact you before shipping the item for approval.

Orders received before 3:00pm EST will ship the same day. Orders received after will be shipped the following business day.

Yardage orders will be shipped via FedEx with options of service. Memo samples are sent via the United States Postal Service.

Ordering/Shipping: How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will forward you an email with shipping confirmation and the tracking number from FedEx. Samples sent U.S. Mail are not trackable.

Ordering/Shipping: Should I double-check my order when it arrives?

We strive to be as perfect as possible, but ask that each business partner give due diligence before using any product we sell. We ask that prior to any product or item being used, to follow the directions written on our cut tags or pick tickets. This includes confirming receipt of the correct item, fabric, color and yardage received. Sorry, we cannot accept returns of items where original packaging has been opened or destroyed. Any fabric or product that has been cut into or a portion of it used, is not eligible for return.

Ordering/Shipping: How many free swatches can I order?

We allow a maximum of 5 memo samples per order. Based on industry feedback, we feel this is enough of a sampling for your client to assist in making a decision or for a color board. Samples are mailed via U.S. Mail within 24 hours at no charge. If you require a quicker delivery, please note this on your order with best way and we will process the order and bill shipping accordingly.

Return and Cancellation: Can I return products for any reason?

Returns must be submitted and approved. Please click here and fill out the form. We require your account name and address, invoice number and detailed line item(s) you are seeking approval for. Please keep in mind, if approved, a restocking fee of up to 30%, plus all shipping and handling fees will be assessed if the return was of no fault of JKB Fabrics. For special offers involving clearance or close out products, all sales are final. JKB Fabrics does not offer any warranty for closeout or clearance items and is not responsible for wear or performance of product. Sorry, we cannot consider product purchased over 90 days, unused yardage or less than ordered quantities, for returns.

Return and Cancellation: What if I need to repair a tool purchased from you?

Certain tools do have warranties and/or replacements through the original manufacturer. After 30 days from the purchase, any tools needing repair must be arranged through the original manufacturer.

Pricing/Billing: Why has pricing changed on some items?

In some instances, we may have to update pricing in the event we receive increases from our vendors. We do everything we can, from discounts to special offers to help you maximize your purchasing power. Unfortunately, prices are subject to change without advanced notice.

Pricing/Billing: What if I have a lower price from a competitor?

If we’re not the lowest already, then give us a chance to save you more! For vinyl, polyurethanes, Sunbrella and any other items, we will do our best to beat that price based on the quantity to order. We may ask for confirmation on an as needed basis.

We strive to offer you great savings with low wholesale pricing on this website. If we offer a special promotion or discount, you can be assured that the prices displayed to you are the lowest available and 1st quality. We can make our prices lower because we don’t have the expense of sample books to add to the cost! Our pictures and sample cuts do the work at minimal cost.
